Free inspection I visit the property and we discuss exactly what needs to be done.

Fixed written quotation You receive a detailed quotation before work begins. The agreed price does not change unless you request additional work.

Daily communication Throughout the renovation you always know what has been completed and what comes next — via WhatsApp, Viber or Messenger.

Personal handover When the renovation is complete, I personally hand over the finished property. In person or by video call.

Living abroad?

Many of my clients live in

Germany • United Kingdom • Netherlands • Belgium • Austria

and cannot visit Bulgaria during the renovation. That isn't a problem.
